A. The Owner has selected Projectmates© by Systemates, Inc. as the PMIS platform for this project. The Contractor will be required to: 1. Purchase and maintain a user license(s) for the duration of the project. a. Current pricing (as of March 2025): 1) The initial account set-up cost is $100 per user license (one login) 2) The cost of each user license is $795 annually. 3) Cost for web-based training is $600 (one training is required per company). Multiple users from same company can attend the same training. 2. Coordinate many of its activities through the Projectmates web-based software. These activities may include, but are not limited to: a. Submittals b. Requests for Information c. Pay Applications d. Project Schedules e. Transmittals f. Proposals g. Submittals h. Submittal Transmittals i. Meeting Minutes (for recurring meetings) j. Warranty Responses (if warranty items are submitted in the system) k. In addition, Subcontractor Lists, Project Schedules, Schedule of Values and other documents requiring submission shall be uploaded in PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel format by the Contractor to the appropriate PMIS folder(s) or module(s). B. The Owner will provide informal technical support as Contractor becomes familiar with the system and during the project as needed.
