A. Design Phase: o Develop conceptual designs for an upgraded facility at the Westville Avenue site. Proposal shall include up to three (3) concept plans. o Incorporate modern amenities and improvements, including but not limited to: 1. Upgrades to the existing pool. 2. Upgraded bathroom and locker facilities. 3. Renovated concession stand. 4. Addition of a lap pool (25m or 50m option), with removable/retractable cover. 5. Inclusion of a splash pad for younger children. o Prepare detailed engineering designs, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as landscaping and site design as necessary. o Provide recommendations for the type of bubble cover for the lap pool, ensuring ease of use for seasonal transitions. B. Bidding Services: o Prepare bid documents and specifications in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. o Review bids and provide recommendations to the Township.
