Maintenance & Inspections Contractor shall provide quarterly maintenance and inspections as more fully described below. Inspections will be performed in March, June, September and December unless otherwise agreed to by Contractor and MPRB. All inspection items and the finding shall be documented in writing and communicated to MPRB using a checklist to be provided by Contractor and subject to the approval of MPRB. Review Sessions: Per each visit and repair, MPRB and contractor must meet to review the issue, stepstaken, what’s next, what to watch for to work together to prioritize the completion of work. Information also must be documented and stored inside the compressor room. Quarterly Review Sessions: At least quarterly, MPRB and contractor shall meet to review the checklists and to discuss any known maintenance issues and will work together to prioritize the completion of non‐emergency repairs based on urgency and available funding.
