The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following: 1. Install and conduct temporary traffic control. 2. Install erosion control. 3. Construct temporary and permanent access paths. 4. Perform floodplain grading. 5. Conduct temporary water management to allow construction below the ordinary high water elevation of Mt. Scott Creek. 6. Working from upstream to downstream, construct in-stream Log Jams, Riffles, Cascades, and Post Reinforcement structures. 7. Apply final wearing surface for permanent access paths and remove temporary access paths. 8. Restore temporary access roads, install planting, and conduct plant establishment. 9. Perform additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
