RFP/RFQ/RFI Support: Tools to handle Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote/Qualifications (RFQ), and Requests for Information/Innovation (RFI). Tracking and Audit Trails: Full auditability and tracking for compliance and transparency. High Security: Ensuring data protection and confidentiality throughout the process. Bid Analytics: Advanced analytics tools to evaluate bid submissions. Integration/Application Programming Interface (API): Integration capabilities with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, and Workday. Online RFP/Bid Opening and Evaluation: Support for online bid openings, collaboration, and evaluation of vendor submissions.
