B. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Professional engineering design and environmental services shall include services necessary to prepare final design plans, specifications and estimates and obtain environmental compliance, which may include but not be limited to: 1. Review and analyze the Cr-6 samples of each well provided by the District. 2. Provide a minimum of three (3) treatment plan options along with associated costs for design, construction and maintenance of each treatment plan per well site (including waste disposal, if applicable). Treatment plans shall include best available technology (BAT) by the Division of Drinking Water (DDW). 3. Basis of Design Report 4. Preliminary design and cost estimates 5. Necessary coordination for environmental clearance 6. Design and construction survey 7. Grading plans 8. Hydraulic modeling 9. Geotechnical engineering 10. Final engineering for the preparation of final documents for bidding
