• Pest Included and Excluded The IPM program specified by this contract is intended to suppress the population of ants, beetles, moths, cockroaches, fleas, flies, mice, rats, silverfish, spiders, and wasps. Populations of these pests which are located outside the buildings listed herein, but within the property boundaries of the building, are included. • Initial Inspection A thorough, initial inspection shall be conducted during the first month of this contract by the Contractor’s representative. The purpose of this initial inspection is to allow the contractor to evaluate the pest management needs of the property and identification of problem areas in and around building whether due to structural features and/or personal practices that are contributing to pest infestations.
