1. It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum acceptable requirements for Vendor/s for hauling all types of road material for Tyler County. 2. Road material is to be hauled to from our vendor/s to county barns and or work sites within Tyler County. 3. Vendor shall bid the per ton price to haul material from any location to where it is needed. 4. All weight tickets must be turned into the appropriate Commissioner Road and Bridge department. 5. All hauling equipment must conform to the Texas Department of Transportation requirements with regard to legal width, height, length, and weight. 6. All bidders must be registered with System Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. Proof of registration must be included in the bid.
