The Sanford Airport Authority (SAA) is looking for Quarterly/Annual periodic chiller inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Maintenance inspections will be rendered four (4) times each year at regular intervals in accordance with the applicable schedules in section 3. Inspection Service Schedule (3 quarterly and 1 annually). All work for the services is to be performed during regular working hours of regular working days unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Unless otherwise specified, emergency service call charges are not included in these services. The contractor will respond to all service calls and repairs within 3 hours. SAA will provide reasonable means of access to all equipment covered by this schedule. The Contractor will be free to start and stop all primary equipment incidentals to the operation of the mechanical system(s) as arranged with SAA's representative.
