Health Systems Protection is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to oversee the comprehensive execution of the program, ensuring alignment with objectives and successful implementation. The PM will be responsible for recruiting and managing subcontractors, coordinating operations, and maintaining program integrity, efficiency, and confidentiality. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the program launches in January 2026 and remains in compliance with its objectives. Reviewing applications to determine eligibility while securing sensitive data, including income verification. Coordinating sampling efforts between private well owners and certified samplers. Managing the distribution of drinking water samples to an EPA-certified laboratory in accordance with established protocols. Ensuring test results are communicated to private well owners promptly and clearly. Procuring, delivering, and overseeing the professional installation of treatment devices. Ensuring proper maintenance of installed treatment devices for one year. Ensuring well owners receive education on system upkeep and PFAS in-home assessments with homeowner consent. Managing payments for moderate-income applicants to ensure proper financial assistance. Promoting effective collaboration among stakeholders to maximize program success. Submission of monthly progress report.
