Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and traffic control necessary to produce, haul, place, tack and compact approximately 2,962 tons of 1/2” Commercial Plant Mix Grade S PG 58H-34 asphalt mix material. The overlay shall be paved 0.15 feet thick and approximately 24 feet wide. Contractor is responsible for test trailer, transport, and setup. If the Department decides to perform testing at an area lab, this bid item will be deleted from the contract. The quantity is estimated and will be changed accordingly depending on pickup and delivery locations and miles transported. Contractor shall be responsible for all private property damage claims resulting from performance of the tasks described above.
