Product Specifications; 1) Manufacturers: Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore & Co, or PPG Paints or equal. 2) Color: TBD, Flat finish; 3) Application: Exterior surfaces. 4) Primary Paint System: One primer coat plus two finish coats. 5) Consistency: All paint products must be from a single manufacturer for uniformity. 6) Substitutions: Substitutions will be considered only if they are of equal or better quality.
