Renovation of the kitchen in the lower level, including demolition of hollow clay tile walls, door replacement, new wall partition, new foodservice equipment, new wall surfaces, new floor finishes, and new ceilings. 2. Mechanical work to serve renovated kitchen and dining space, including exhaust systems, a new rooftop unit, and fan coil system. 3. Plumbing work, including new underslab piping, to support foodservice equipment in kitchen space. 4. Electrical work for equipment rough-ins, connections, and new lighting for renovated kitchen space and new audio/visual technologies. 5. Fire sprinkler piping modifications in areas affected by kitchen and dining renovation. 6. New audio/visual technology in the arena, including projection system, LED displays, and loudspeaker system. 7. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
