Services shall include but not be limited to performing rough and finish carpentry work for university projects per University provided documents (drawings, sketches, etc.). Work may include the following: • Installation of windows, molding, plastic, casework, and other materials • Construction of walls, floors, doorframes and doors, window frames, ceiling systems, stairs, crown molding, doors, and cabinets • Installation of steel or wood framing and studs; store front construction • Installation of ceilings including sheetrock, acoustical and grid systems • Application of firestopping and insulation materials of all types • Assembly and repair of furniture and furniture systems • Installation of soundproofing and sound deadening materials to appropriate surfaces, installation of finish and trim hardware • Drywall stud and wallboard work including applying and fastening drywall to studs and ceilings, mudding and smooth all joints, finishing walls to a minimum of level 4 finish...
