NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate and sealed Bids will be received by the Township of Indiana on April 9, 2025, at the office of the Township, 3710 Saxonburg Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15238, until 12:00 P.M., prevailing time. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time, for the following work: 2025 PAVING PROJECT - CONTRACT NO. 1-25 Basically consists of milling 22,400 SY and paving 45,500 SY with 9.5mm Superpave Fine Wearing Course. TOWN HALL COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF - CONTRACT NO. 3-25 Basically consists of installing 5,300 SF of a single membrane roofing system. 2025 SHOT & CHIP PROJECT - CONTRACT NO. 4-25 Basically consists of installing 21,300 SY of Double Shot and Chip. GUIDERAIL PROJECT - CONTRACT NO. 5-25 Basically consists of installing 1,500 feet of guide rail.
