The afterschool and summer program enrichment activities must include services in the following areas as directed by CDE or PRJUSD: academic enrichment activities (homework, tutoring, literacy extensions/IReady, math extensions/IReady, Imagine Learning history, social science, computer training or science, etc.); educational enrichment activities (fine arts, science, prevention activities, career technical education, art, and recreation/sports/fitness activities. The qualified afterschool and summer enrichment provider shall provide afterschool programming for the aforementioned elementary school(s) while adhering to the following requirements: Program Basics: days/ hours/ ratio: 1. Implement an afterschool program that operates on every school day, Monday through Friday from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. and, for a minimum of nine (9) hours a day for a total of thirty (30) days in July and June of the fiscal (2025-2026 school) year. 2. Maintain a pupil-to-staff member ration of no more than 20:1 in grades 1-6, and 10:1 in grades TK-K. Maintain 10:1 in any room of combined grade levels that include TK-K. 3.
