Routine Services: • Annual Maintenance: o Snaking and/or jetting of pipes and drains. o Inspection and cleaning of drains, utilizing high-pressure jetting where necessary. o Camera-based pipe inspections to assess the condition of pipes and detect potential issues. • Fixture Installation: o Install and replace plumbing fixtures as required. Emergency Services: • Repairs: o Repair of broken or leaking pipes, including domestic hot water pipes, drain pipes, and hydronic water pipes. o Replacement of necessary valves, including bleed and pop-off valves. • Unclogging: o Identifying plumbing blockages using a camera. o Clearing blockages using appropriate methods such as jetters or augers. Exclusions: • Gas Leak Repairs: The contractor will not be responsible for gas leak repairs. This will be handled by the Facilities Management Division (FMD).
