Perform any necessary field surveying, data gathering, review and incorporation of Village Standards and State requirements, coordination with the Village, geometric and grade calculations, and all other data collection necessary to complete the Phase II plans, specifications and estimates. Research available utility records and identify utilities within the project limits. The survey will reference existing NGS control stations, Illinois State Plane Coordinate System East Zone NAD83 (2007). Elevations to be based upon NAVD88 and local benchmarks.
