3.2.1.1 Contractor shall provide a full-time licensed Nursing Home Administrator. 3.2.1.1.1 Nursing Home Administrator shall operate WVH-CF and its programs. 3.2.1.1.2 Nursing Home Administrator shall hold a current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator’s license throughout the term of the Contract including any Contract renewal terms. 3.2.1.1.3 Nursing Home Administrator shall be the single point of contact with the Homes Administrator and DVA onsite employee for matters dealing with Contract management, administration and performance. 3.2.1.2 Contractor shall provide a Medical Director who shall perform administrative duties and medical supervision of WVH-CF. 3.2.1.2.1 Medical Director may also be the primary physician for some of the Residents. 3.2.1.2.2 Medical Director shall comply with all Federal VA, CMS and State regulations and Requirements. 3.2.1.3 Contractor shall provide a full-time Director of Nursing (DON). 3.2.1.4 Contractor shall provide a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). 3.2.1.5 Contractor shall provide RNs twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per Week.
