Provide Irrigation and Landscaping Services to the RTD 72nd Ave Park-n-Ride at the Fernald Trailhead as shown in the provided plan drawings and specifications. Awarded Contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to install the overall landscape and irrigation design at 72nd Ave Park-n-Ride at the Fernald Trailhead. General: Plant materials furnished shall be healthy and vigorous, well-branched, and wellproportioned in respect to height, free of disease, injury, insects, and their eggs, larvae, and weed roots. A. All plants shall meet the requirements of the reference standards for size, branching, condition, root ball size, number of canes and all other conditions particular to each species. B. Plants shall meet the sizes indicated on the Plant Schedule. Plants larger or smaller than specified may be used only if approved by RTD. Plants shall be free of physical damage such as scrapes, broken or split branches, scars, bark abrasions, sun scalds, fresh limb cuts, disfiguring knots, or other defects.
