The City of High Point seeks statements of qualifications from firms to conduct wastewater management assessments, to include an Asset Inventory Assessment and Flow Monitoring Study providing design and recommendations to further upgrade aging sewer lines within the Richland Creek basin. The Southwest Renewal Foundation of High Point was awarded funding through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Community Change Fund Grant. A portion of the awarded grant funds, in the amount of $5 Million, are dedicated to wastewater management assessment and sewer re-construction and repairs. The Grey to Green: Southwest High Point highlights initiatives to remediate pollution and foster green growth, waste reduction, and community engagement. This project is substantially financed by EPA funding and administered according to applicable federal guidance. City of High Point will be subject to reporting per Uniform Guidance set forth by 2 CFR Part 200 and the EPA general terms and conditions. Selected firm shall provide requested information to the City to meet these requirements. The qualifications will also include all design services, bidding services, project representative oversight, inspections, payments and other project/engineering related items as necessary to complete the project.
