In order to meet objectives of the North Clackamas Revitalization Area plan and the City of Milwaukie (“City”) Capital Improvement Plan, the Clackamas County Development Agency (“Agency”), in conjunction with the City, is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to prepare roadway design plans for the SE Stanley Avenue Improvement project. Project requirements include project management, survey, environmental studies and permitting services, stormwater and hydraulic design and analysis, utility coordination, geotechnical analysis and retaining wall design, traffic engineering, roadway design, public outreach, and the development of both preliminary design criteria and final PS&E (Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates), right-of-way services, and bid assistance
