The City is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information from grandstand and box seating manufacturers that are able to provide new or used bleacher seating with two grandstands meeting a minimum capacity of 2,200 seats and one grandstand with a minimum of 3,432 seats. In addition to providing new or used grandstands that meet the minimum seat capacity, the City requires a firm that can build box seating with dimensions totaling 115’x45 and the ability to seat 200. This RFI aims to better understand the market for grandstands and box seating. The City seeks to learn the pricing associated with the shipping and installation of new or used grandstands and box loge seating that meet the following requirements: • Grandstands o Shall be per the latest California Building Code Requirements https://codes.iccsafe.org/content/ICC3002023P1/chapter-4-egress o 2 new or used grandstands with a minimum of 2,200 seats each o 1 new or used grandstand with a minimum of 3,432 seats o 20” wide seat spacing for each individual seat o 20-foot path of travel underneath each grandstand. o Remove sections of the grandstands without the need to dissemble scaffolding for the entire structure • Fabricated box seating o Aluminum or Birch Design o 115’x45’ o Ability to seat a minimum of 200 box seats
