Model: # KNW 0-B/C Serial: 16J6116778 LABOR/SERVICE: 1. Oil Sump: Drain oil sump and replace with new oil. 2. Sump Breather Element: Inspect, clean breather element 3. Oil Filter: Remove oil filter and gasket. Replace with new oil filter and gasket. 4. Discharge Check Valve: Inspect for wear and Replace. 5. Capacity Control Valve Assembly: Replace diaphragm V packing, bushings and Teflon seat Inspect shaft for wear. 6. Intercooler & Aftercooler: Inspect coolers. Clean cores if required. 7. Oil Cooler: Inspect. Clean inside of cooler if needed. 8. Water Line Hoses: Inspect. Replace brittle or cracked. 9. Safety Valve Replace valve. 10. Motor: Inspect clean fan housing. grease forward and after bearings. 11. Shop supplies: List in area additional items needed to complete the annual inspection.
