The Citadel seeks one or more vendors to provide and install ceiling tiles in existing grids on campus as required. Most ceilings will not require repair. Ceiling tile replacement will include various conditions at a variety of heights and campus locations. Most buildings on campus have stairwells, auditoriums and ceilings in excess of eight (8) feet, this request does not include any ceiling repair in excess of two (2) stories approximately twenty (20) feet. There are a multitude of campus school buildings, including barracks (with an excess of 200 units) on site in addition to approximately ninety (90) housing units and one (1) apartment building within campus facilities. This agreement is for one (1) year with four (4) options to renew.
