Phase I (include but not limited to): A. Planning Team - Consultant will schedule an initial in-person meeting with the Planning Team which may include County, local, state and federal partners, and other stakeholders to explain the importance of the Plan update, the process, expectations and the desired outcome. B. Plan Review – In coordination with the Consultant, the Planning Team will review the existing Plan and identify areas to be updated. Key areas of focus shall be the risk and vulnerability assessment, goals, and objectives, the mitigation strategy, and the plan maintenance section. C. Integration of other Planning efforts - Consultant shall review existing planning documents or reports relevant to hazard mitigation in the planning area to include the Arizona State Hazard Mitigation Plan and the Plan for consistency with those plans. Consultant shall coordinate with other agencies involved in, or that can impact hazard mitigation actions identified in the plan. D.
