Vendor will be required to provide repair of City Recreational Vehicle assets. 2.2 Repairs will vary based on Fleet Management Division needs but will include all areas of a Recreational Vehicle including Chassis, Drive Train, Interior and Exterior body work. 2.3 Vendor shall have factory trained and certified technicians for the following manufacturers: 2.3.1 Workhorse 2.3.2 Country Coach 2.3.3 Gulf Stream 2.3.4 Beaver 2.3.5 Newmar 2.3.6 Onan 2.3.7 Other manufacturers as required 2.4 When equipment is returned, vendor and City representative shall perform an inspection to determine the cleanliness and successful repair of City Fleet asset. 2.5 Vendor shall address any issues identified in quality control inspection. 2.6 Vendor shall respond to service requests within 24 hours from the time of vendor’s receipt of call during normal business hours (7:00am - 3:30pm). 2.7 All parts shall meet the strict original manufactures and specifications.
