a. Mobilization and demobilization. b. Provide all project documentation. c. Strip off old roofing, underlayments, flashing down to roof sheathing. Knock down or pull-out fasteners to create smooth sub straight. d. Dispose of debris to approved landfill. e. Install new Class ‘A’-rated fiberglass asphalt roof shingles over new underlayments. The approximate roofing areas are (to be field verified by bidders): 1) Administration Building: 6,150 s.f. 2) Seasonal Housing: 8,600 s.f f. Install pre-primed and pre-painted metal flashing (eaves, valley flashings and rakes). g. Provide new galvanized iron roof jacks and exhaust vents, painted. h. Clean roof, roof gutters and general site area of all construction debris at conclusion of work.
