This project aims to transform the Fine Arts Building entry area into a welcoming entrance plaza by removing the existing hardscape and replacing it with new, well-defined walkways for improved accessibility and flow. It will also add new seating areas to enhance usability. Upgraded lighting will be installed to improve safety and aesthetics, and the landscaping will be refreshed to create a more inviting and vibrant space. Additionally, the project includes restorative maintenance of Parking Lot 4. The scope of work consists of milling and inlaying upon a successful proof roll assessment of the GAB, curb and gutter modifications, tree plantings, and lighting upgrades. Project Delivery Method The delivery method for this Project will be design-bid-build and, as a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional and a General Contractor.
