The purpose of this eRFP is to solicit a proven service that provides a cost-effective method for handling Agent Licensing back-office service. The service must be designed to enhance efficiency, increase electronic retrieval and storage capabilities, augment workflow, ease tracking and reporting, expand management oversight, ensure accountability of the Supplier’s performance, and improve customer service for the Agent Licensing Division. The Department currently uses Sircon as the database of record for insurance regulation activities; Sircon is a fully integrated database. The Supplier must be capable of establishing a successful software interface/Application Program Interface (API) with the Sircon system in order to meet the requirements of this agreement eRFP.
