The Contractor shall perform scheduled mechanical sweeping of highway shoulders and bridge decks and cleaning of drains along shoulders, medians, ramps, and bridges (collectively, the “Services” or “Work”) as scheduled by the Department on an annual or as needed basis. The scope of work will include furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform services along interstate and state routes within District 1 in a safe, effective, and timely manner, as detailed herein. Attachment 1 provides locations and an estimated amount of Centerline Miles for required activities for each cycle. The Contractor will be responsible for any traffic control, licenses, and permits required to satisfy the duties required herein.
