North Shore Community College seeks a contract relationship with a third‐party provider to create and host a NSCC branded web‐based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system that will be utilized for the following: Advancement ‐ Alumni/Donor/Community ‐ This would be a comprehensive web‐based service to support Advancement Services, its Donor, Alumni and Community Relations. This will need to seamlessly integrate with Ellucian Banner ERP systems. The focus will be on managing relationshipsfor constituents within Advancement. The system should provide communication tracking mechanisms and integrate with the NSCC SIS (Banner) to promote overall constituent tracking. Tool would be utilized to enhance engagement with the college community and manage relationship data and communications for all existing NSCC relationships, including donor, corporate, foundations, alumni and community constituents.
