1. Project Management for Right-Of-Way Acquisition The selected Firm shall coordinate with city staff, design consultants, property owners and their representatives and others to acquire needed right-of way, including coordination with appraiser, providing and mailing introduction letters, any language translation services, and travel to project site, 2. Real Estate Appraisal Services The selected Firm shall provide real estate appraisal services for each parcel to include interviews with property owners and offering them the opportunity to accompany the appraiser on the inspection of the subject property, completing TxDOT forms, and providing reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. 3. Appraisal Review Services The selected Firm shall provide a Review Appraiser to prepare an approval report for each parcel completing TxDOT forms and providing reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
