1.) Spring Cleaning of lawn and shrub bed, edging and debris removal. 2.) Mulch all flower beds and provide topsoil, peat moss or other items as required covered in the scope above. (Arrangements for mulch or soils to be discussed with the Building Maintenance Forman in advance). 3.) Replacements of any dead grass, shrubs as needed during the term of the contract. 4.) The pruning and trimming of all trees, bushes, and shrubs as necessary. The Contractor will clean up and dispose of any dead branches or trimmings performed at each location stipulated in this bid. 5.) Spring and fall planting of annuals including dead heading the plants in the following locations. The Islands on Broad Street and Brown Street, City Hall, the Lincoln Exedra located on South Street near Grove Street, the planting box in front of the Police Station located at 2 Nelson Avenue and 911 Memorial Riverfront Green. 6.) Weekly cleaning and working (or as deemed necessary in order to maintain pristine landscaping planters) of all planting beds as described above and replacing mulch as needed. 7.) Weekly cutting of lawns, debris clean-up and blow areas clean at City Hall, Police Station, Courthouse, Nutrition Center Plaza, & Youth Bureau. 8.) Prepare planting beds, plant and maintain annuals and or perennials and small shrubs and include mulch in an area approximate to 150 square feet around the WELCOME TO PEEKSKILL SIGNS located at SEVEN entrances the City of Peekskill, Lower Washington Street, Welcher Ave, Maple Ave, Crompond Rd., Main Street, Division Street and Highland Avenue.
