Fountain Beverages: The MPR currently has a 6 head fountain beverage service at Splash Montana, Crazy Creek Café, and a 6 head fountain beverage service at Fort Missoula, Home Plate Grill. The Contractor will provide, as part of the total sales and vending service contract, fountain beverage supplies and equipment to be sold by MPR staff at the concession venue at Splash MT, Fireline Grill, and Fort Missoula. The MPR will provide the selected contractor the exclusive right to supply all fountain beverages and related equipment at this location. During the term of the Contract the Contractor shall fully supply all products in a timely manner to keep the fountain machine operating fully supplied with aspects to all syrups, carbonation and all other necessary supplies to allow the MPR and contractor to maximize sales. Beverage Vending Machines; The Missoula Parks and Recreation has cold beverage vending at the following locations: Currents Aquatic Center 1 cold beverage vending machine Fort Missoula Softball 5-Plex 1 cold beverage vending machine The Missoula Parks and Recreation will provide the selected contractor the exclusive right to supply all cold related equipment at these locations. During the term of the contract the contractor shall keep beverage vending machines fully operational. During the term of the contract the contractor shall fully supply all products in a timely manner to keep all beverage vending machines operating fully supplied with aspect to cans, bottles, change and all other necessary supplies to allow the MPR and the contractor to maximize sales. Compensation to the Missoula Parks and Recreation for placement of the vending machines at the sites identified shall be based on a percent of gross sales as a part of the Contractor’s agreement. During the contract, the contractor shall provide a quarterly gross receipt report of daily revenues at each location. Snack Vending Machines; The Missoula Parks and Recreation has snack vending at the following location: Currents Aquatic Center 1 snack vending machine The Missoula Parks and Recreation will provide the selected contractor the exclusive right to supply refrigerated and non-refrigerated snacks with related equipment at this location. During the term of the contract the contractor shall keep vending machines fully operational. During the term of the contract the contractor shall fully supply all products in a timely manner to keep vending machines operating fully supplied with aspect to snacks, and all other necessary supplies to allow the MPR and the contractor to maximize sales.
