The Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Secretary of State is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a venue to host a weeklong training conference, services; Reserve dates for conference for 4-6 consecutive days based on Secretary of Stats’s discretion . All The facility of choice may be rotated as needed, approved by the vendor and the Secretary of State’s office jointly but would need to be available for the years 2025-2028 . The facility can change year to year so long as all the requirements are met. Ensure venue has professional event coordinator to ensure all focus and efforts of the State of Nevada are on the NEOTC . Location must have locally provided WIFI . Have technical capacity for presentations, 75 power outlets to charge laptops and/or computers for presenters and attendees.
