• Pressure washing of building, door handles, main bldg.., front porch floor and posts, main bldg.., side patio floor and posts, sidewalks and four additional porch floors. Building and posts are brick.• Concrete on main bldg., front porch floor, main bldg.., patio floors and posts, sidewalks, curbs, and the four (4) additional porch floors (small entryways on each side located at each entrance.)• Soft Wash all metal can lights attached to building. (11 are under the porches/patio, 6 are exterior lights that are attached to the brick on the building.• Protective measure shall be used around metal can lights attached to building. Metal can lights are to be soft washed.• Soft Wash all the stucco patio and porch roofs/covers• Removal of all cobwebs and dirt dauber nests.• Remove all window screens, pressure windows and replace window screens.• DHR shall supply water from building outside faucets.• Supplier provides everything needed for the job.• Supplier must coordinate work schedule with county office.
