The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has released this request for proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive applications for the establishment of a statewide School-Age Technical Assistance Resource Center (SATARC) to provide culturally and linguistically responsive coordination of services for after-school and out-of-school-time programs that are supported by OCFS funding. These services shall include technical assistance (TA), monitoring, data collection, and professional development. The target population to receive the services are the recipients of OCFS funding for after-school and out-of-school-time programs, which are expected to include approximately 175 OCFS-funded programs, not limited to registered school-age child care programs.
