Dudley Elementary School Trash Enclosure; Underground Utility Locating: In addition to 811 Call Before You DIG, Contractor shall coordinate its Work with all existing utilities as needed, including, but may not be limited to electricity, water, gas and telephone and meet with said utilities prior to the start of any work. Remove hardware and hardware accessories, plates, machined surfaces, and similar items already installed that are not to be painted. If removal is impractical or impossible because of size or weight of the item, provide surface-applied protection before surface preparation and painting. 1. Do not mask and paint around electrical and low-voltage outlet plate covers. Remove cover, paint surfaces and reinstall. 2. After completing painting operations in each space or area, reinstall items removed using workers skilled in the trades involved.
