UND is seeking a Physical Property Measurement System with 9 Tesla cryogen-free superconducting magnet for the characterization of thin films, devices and nanostructures. The operation range should be between 1.8 K to 400 K with continuous low temperature control. We also need system unpacking, installation, start-up and training. The system should come with a one-year warranty (including parts and labor). The system should offer the following measurements techniques: 1. DC Resistivity (4-wire resistivity and van der Pauw measurement 2. Electrical Transport (AC resistivity, 4 wire AC Hall effect or I-V curve) 3. Vibrating Sample Magnetometer 4. AC Susceptibility (Sensitivity: 1 x 10-8 emu, Amplitude: 0.005 Oe – 15 Oe (peak), Frequency Range: 10 Hz – 10 KHz) /DC Magnetization Measurement (Sensitivity: 5 x 10-6 emu) 5. High-resolution horizontal sample rotator (-10° to 370°) 6. Thermal Conductivity and Seebeck coefficient 7. Heat Capacity Measurement
