The purpose of this RFQ is to secure a comprehensive supply base that can deliver Jet-A aviation fuel to meet the operational needs of Georgia Aviation Authority which requires quality products/service, timely and effective delivery, and high levels of customer care during and after the sale. Service operation must be accessible Monday through Friday between normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Personnel shall respond to customer inquiries within one (1) business day of receipt of initial contact. Notify Georgia Aviation Authority in the event of a fuel shortage and/or catastrophic conditions and provide alternative solutions to continue to provide fuel products as required under the eRFQ. Supplier to ensure that all product delivery orders shall be accompanied by a delivery ticket which indicates the brand or grade of fuel, gross and net gallons of fuel, and the adjusted gallons of fuel delivered.
