• Demo existing poured in place rubber system and dispose in a legal manner. • Install new aromatic poured in place rubber system with minimum .5” Top layer of wear course., 50% Black 50% Beige • Installation should be in accordance with ASTM F1292 for Impact Attenuation of surface system under and around playground equipment. The poured in place system to be installed in compliance with the Critical Fall Height as determined by the Playground Equipment. • The contractor shall be responsible for removing/disposing in a legal manner all debris and packing materials from the job site. • The contractor will be responsible for temporary fencing around the project site to ensure student safety. • The contractor shall be responsible for temporary bathrooms facilities for its employees during construction. • The contractor shall exercise care so as not to damage the existing grass, walks or other Murrieta Valley Unified School District property during the performance of its contract. • The contractor shall repair or replace any damaged grass or irrigation components should damage occur during construction.
