The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the Champoeg Visitor Center Window Replacement (the “Project”) for the benefit of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department; The work to be performed under the Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract; The Work, includes, but is not limited to: • Deconstruction and Material Disposal of existing windows • Installation of seven (7) Essential Awning Windows • Installation of twenty-four (24) Essential Casement Windows; Work shall include full compensation for all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the Work including: ▪ Removal of window hardware, window sashes, stops, etc. Selective demolition, framing and other support work as needed to complete work not included in other sections. This includes scaffolding, or other means of access to work areas. Work shall include full compensation for all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the Work including: 1. Installation of seven (7) Essential Awning Windows with the following, per the manufacturer’s technical specifications: • Bronze exterior • Bronze interior • Essential Awning – Roto Operating • Frame Size: 23 ½” X 23 ½” • Rough Opening 24” X 24” o IG -1 lite o Low E2 w/ argon o Stainless perimeter bar • Oil rubbed bronze folding handle • Interior aluminum screen o Bright view mesh o Bronze surround • 2” jambs • Nailing fin • Finishing/Trimming with no wider than 2” trim.
