Task 1: The Consultant Shall Review of the 2024 Assessment and provide final recommendation of sites to proceed with Tasks 2, 3 and 4. Task 2: The Consultant Shall Conduct site visits to evaluate parcels and provide a Basis of Design report for each site. Task 3: The Consultant Shall Develop 30% conceptual design and performance requirements submission, including design drawings, specifications, and calculations complying with codes and standards and signed/sealed by a NYS PE. 30% design documents shall also include detailed generation and cost estimates, and best management sustainability and climate resilience design practices. Supporting information such as structural, geotechnical, environmental, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration assessments may be necessary for certain parcels.
