4.4.1. Collaboratively engage in the development of the resident’s individualized treatment plan based on needs. 4.4.2. Complete a variation of assessments including intakes, risks, and suicide. 4.4.3. Assists with development of treatment schedule and clinical services individualized to each resident. 4.4.4. Manage a caseload as assigned by the Assistant Clinical Program Director/Designee 4.4.5. Carry out individual therapy services with residents assigned on caseload. 4.4.6. Lead group therapy sessions covering various topics (e.g., process group, illness management, symptom management, relapse prevention, trauma, healthy relationships, risk reduction etc.). 4.4.7. Participate in weekly treatment team meetings regarding resident progress and/or regression. 4.4.8. Consult with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive services provided (e.g., Social Worker, Psychiatrist, Nurse, Activity Therapist, etc.). 4.4.9. Assign, review, and monitor treatment interventions such as journal submissions, rational self-analysis reports, and relapse prevention plans. 4.4.10. Review polygraph results with residents assigned to your caseload. 4.4.11. Provide availability and court testimony, when requested. 4.4.12. Identify resident progress, limitations, vulnerabilities to potential review boards for program progression. 4.4.13. Comply with SPTP, LSH, and specific building policies and procedures as it pertains to fulfillment of this role and the care and treatment of the residents. 4.4.14. Uses best practices and remains current with empirically supported treatment interventions. 4.4.15. Develops or acquires resources annually to teach new group therapy topics. 4.4.16. Collaborates with the Clinical and Administrative Program Directors to share communication, receive feedback, answer questions, and collectively provide clinical services to the residents. 4.4.17. Ensures program compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations, and standards. 4.4.18. Reports any lack of compliance through proper channels (e.g., Risk Management, Professional Licensing Board, Human Resources, etc.). 4.4.19. Timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record.
