1. The chosen vendor is responsible for conducting annual inspections and testing of the Fire Alarm System. The inspections should be performed based on the previous testing dates, considering each device's location, to include but not limited to: a. Annual inspection per NFPA 72, Elevator Recall and WFD Radio Box system shall also be included. NFPA documentation within 10 business days of inspection completion. b. Test and inspect all control panels, detection devices, pull stations and horn/strobes in all residential apartment buildings and community center(s), where applicable. c. All deficiencies, repairs, batteries, alterations, or upgrades are to be proposed after each inspection to the WHA. 2. The WHA possesses fire alarm systems manufactured by various companies, including Simplex, Notifier, Gamewell, etc. Hence, the vendor must have expertise and experience in servicing these different systems. 3. The vendor should review the BID PRICE FORM for information provided on locations and the last completed annual inspections as well as the dates for inspections that need to be completed for the three years of the contract term. The vendor should carefully review this information to ensure compliance with the scheduled inspection dates.
