Landlord to provide workstations. o 1 reception area, to accommodate up to 6 people. o 1 large conference room to accommodate 10 to 12 people at a time. o 1 break room (to include sink and countertops) to accommodate 4 people at a time. o 1 focus/privacy room of approximately 50 square feet. o 3 interview rooms of approximately 100 square feet each. o 1 copy/print/supply room of approximately 75 square feet. o 1 storage closet of approximately 50 square feet. o 2 storage rooms of approximately 100 square feet each. o 1 LAN room with floor mounted racks of approximately 100 square feet. o Open file area of approximately 9 square feet. • Landlord is responsible for ensuring that any space proposed meets all American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and shall be responsible for all costs associated with ADA compliance. • Cabling must be certified to CAT-6 standards, with all terminations by the Landlord. All internet connections, phone/data connections, electrical and other outlets to be provided by the Landlord throughout the space as specified by Agency. • 18 parking spaces are required with 5 reserved. • Parking lot must be paved and lighted.
