i. Vendor must provide services as requested by the ANHC. ii. If using herbicide, vendor must have chemical and concentration approved by ANHC. iii. If using herbicide, vendor must adhere to all instructions and safety precautions listed on the label on the container. iv. If using herbicide, vendor must perform treatments in weather that will not cause damage to nontarget plants via volatilization or run-off. v. If using herbicide, vendor must record amounts of chemical applied and provide those amounts in a final report to ANHC within 30 days of project completion. vi. ATV, UTV, tractor, and machinery use must be approved on a case-by-case basis. None of the listed equipment may be used when ground conditions are wet enough to leave ruts. vii. Vendor must adequately wash vehicles and equipment before coming onto any natural area to prevent the spread of invasive plants and seeds from other locations. viii. If performing non-native invasive plant species management, vendor must work with ANHC to track locations and quantity of targeted species. ix. If during the course of the contracted work, a vendor notes a non-target non-native invasive plant species, vendor must notify ANHC of its location and quantity.
