Successful vendor(s) will be notified, by each hatchery manager of the amounts of each feed type (size/formulation/delivery) no less than 3 weeks prior to specified delivery date. 4. Delivery date varies by location and feed type, 21 days after award 5. The specified feed sizes listed in this proposal document are the nominal sizes that we have been using for over 10 years (Rangen Diets). We don’t expect that other manufacturer’s nominal diets will match (also allowing that some are nominally metric). Therefore, at the time of the proposal submission (or prior), 6. Feed shall have the date of manufacture on the bag and have been manufactured no more than 30 days prior to delivery. Feed will be utilized as per the label restrictions and the manufacturer will be provided with a Veterinary Feed Directive for all formulations. 7. Unless agreed upon in writing at least 1 week prior to the delivery date by both the KDWP contact person and an appropriate vendor designee, delivery of product must be made on or within five working days of the delivery date specified. Any delivery that goes past the scheduled date by more than five days will be assessed a fee of $200.00 per day for every day past the 5th day for liquidated damages. Liquidated damage assessments will be documented and deducted from the payment for the feed on that delivery.
