Installation, lease, repair, and maintenance of two ice machines and ice bins for the DPS Tactical Training Center. 1. Ice machines and bins should be comparable to Manitowoc Ice Machine (model # SD-0502A) and Manitowoc Ice Bin (model # B400). 2. Lessor will deliver and install the ice machines at Lessee’s location as listed above and consult with Lessee regarding proper use and operation of the machines. 3. Lessor will provide parts, maintenance, and repairs as needed due to normal wear and tear on the ice machines and will periodically inspect the machines to ensure that they are in working order by performing routine maintenance checks, at no additional cost to Lessee. Maintenance should consist of: a. Extensive cleaning inside and out of machines as well as descaling no less than every six months. b. Water filters changed at least every six months. c. Replacement of machine air filters at least every six months. d. Quick response times for maintenance calls. 4. Parts, labor, travel charges, and maintenance costs should be included in the monthly fixed lease rate. 5. Up front initial costs for machine installation should be included in the bid.
